All Property Modifications Require Advanced Approval

Common projects requiring approval include, but are not limited to: roof/shingle replacement, fence replacement or staining, exterior painting, pools, outdoor kitchen construction, garage door replacement, and major interior remodeling that involves moving existing walls. A list of acceptable roof shingle types and colors is available on TownSq in the "News & Events" Tab, titled "Property Modification Guidance". An Architectural Review should be submitted electronically using the TownSq app. Failure to submit plans for Architectural Review will result in substantial fines. Many projects (including interior remodels, HVAC replacement, water heater replacement, fence replacement, solar panels, concrete work, and electrical & gas line work) require a building permit from the City of North Richland Hills as well. HOA Annual Assessments Were Due 4/1/25

Thank you to all of the homeowners who have paid their annual assessments. We still have several accounts with unpaid assessments. Please take just a moment to double check your ledger balance on TownSq or call Associa PMG and ask Customer Support to look at your balance (214) 368-4030.
If you have found that the payment was sent to the wrong payment address or are experiencing financial hardship and need to request a payment arrangement, please reach out to Customer Support, who can document the situation and work to place your account on a temporary hold status. If you are selling your home, please have your real estate agent contact our property management company, Associa PMG at (214) 368-4030. They will need to request a resale certificate and a Covenant Compliance Inspection prior to closing with the title company.
