Board Candidates Needed for 2026 & Annual Meeting 11/18/25

A minimum of 2 volunteers are needed to submit a candidate form to fill open Board positions for 2026. Forms are available on TownSq (attachments under the News & Events tab) with the Annual Meeting notice. Please submit forms no later than 11/10/25. Our annual meeting will take place virtually on Tuesday, November 18th at 7pm. Meeting links are also posted on TownSq. Please be sure to complete a proxy if you are not sure whether you will attend the meeting. Individuals who submit a proxy and then decide to attend the meeting, may revoke their prior proxy submission and vote in person.
Selling Your Home?

If you are selling your home, please have your real estate agent contact our property management company, Associa PMG at (214) 368-4030. They will need to request a resale certificate and a Covenant Compliance Inspection prior to closing with the title company.
All Property Modifications Require Advanced Approval

Common projects requiring approval include, but are not limited to: roof/shingle replacement, fence replacement or staining, exterior painting, pools, outdoor kitchen construction, garage door replacement, and major interior remodeling that involves moving existing walls. A list of acceptable roof shingle types and colors is available on TownSq in the "News & Events" Tab, titled "Property Modification Guidance". An Architectural Review should be submitted electronically using the TownSq app. Failure to submit plans for Architectural Review will result in substantial fines. Many projects (including interior remodels, HVAC replacement, water heater replacement, fence replacement, solar panels, concrete work, and electrical & gas line work) require a building permit from the City of North Richland Hills as well.
